@jcbaby, I've had bad mucus/phlegm build up for the past week. I've tried everything from gargling salt water, eating lemons, drinking hot tea with lemon. I've done a sodium chloride rinse.. I've tried everything and it's not working. I sleep for maybe 3-4 hours a night and I'm back up because it feels like something is stuck in my throat.. I'm so miserable and I don't have a clue what is wrong.. I thought it was allergies but I've never had bad mucus problems like this.. i literally cry every night because I'm that miserable..
