Sooo is it possible to ovulate on your period? I had to stop birth control and wanted to try and track my ovulation because I may never be able to go back on bc and wanted to lessen my chances of getting pregnant before we wanted to have another baby (Can't use condoms btw). I did an ovulation test a few days ago which was negative and I started bleeding assuming it is my period/stopping bc. I tested again because there was no bleeding this morning thinking it stopped and that came back positive for ovulation then a few hours later I started bleeding again soo idk what's going on or of this is even my period. But it's also not unusual for me to have weird off on bleeding ever since I had my first miscarriage 2 years ago.

@kambam me either. I do have 3 cysts on my left ovarie but my doctor said those will only sometimes cause bleeding if they break and I'll know when that happens because it'll be painful or like strong cramps. I know ovulation test can pick up hcg too but none of the pregnancy test are coming back positive😩
No because ovulation occurs before the egg sheds the lining to start the period. Not sure why youre bleeding 😐

Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. IUI Monday!!
So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years...

@kambam I was thinking that too. I'm just confused as to why I got a positive ovulation or if this is even my period haha sometimes being a women sucks.
