So I have been waking up all night with this awful headache, I took some Tylenol and went back to sleep. But it won't go away.. I just wanna cry 😭😭 what could it be?!? Also I'm 31&3! Oh and my morning sickness has decided to come back.. so even better.!

Do you have any swelling in your hands or feet? I would check my bp and try pounding some water. If your bp is anything over 130/80 you should call your dr. And if the headache doesn't go away after drinking water you should still call, you could possibly need some fluids.
Check your bloood pressure!! I had bad head aches due to pregnancy induced hypertension that later turned into preeclampsia. If it's not going away with medicine check your bp and call your doctor. Also watch for visual disturbances, swelling, nausea and all that stuff!
hmmmm, just make sure to drink extra water in case of dehydration

I agree for sure with the bop check, also I went to the chiropractor a lot when pregnant. My OB actually recommended it due to my chronic migraines. She said when your pregnant the chiropractor can help keep everything aligned and reduce headaches, possible even make the labor process easier!
