When I had my daughter I ended up tearing and having to get stitches (she had to get vacuumed out because her heart rate was dropping). I was wondering if I should expect to rip again or not? It took what seemed like forever to heal last time.

I tore just a tiny bit with my first and got one stitch. Nothing with my second. It's been 12 years since I had a baby so not sure what to expect with my third lol
Ive heard that with the 2nd or 3rd you don't rip as bad because its been stretched out. How true that is I am not sure. However there is a massage you can do to thw perinial that will help

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I'm just afraid of tearing again, it was so painful last time.
