Yep, baby acne. It goes away on its own.

Baby acne no big deal if you are breastfeeding put a little breastmilk on it it will eventually go away nothing to worry about

My baby boy had that and grew out of it after a few weeks. I'm pretty sure it's a combination of getting acclimated to being out of the womb and heat rash from being held and stuff. It didn't bother him at all. Not sure if that helps but if your baby isn't bothered by it, I'd leave it alone or contact their pediatrician for peace of mind
