Yesterday I had to record and Owen wasn't having it. So instead of giving up and saying screw it, I'll let everyone down and not get my workout in I got creative. Sometimes you have to use the things that get in your way to push to finish! Just because we are mothers, fathers, have work, doesn't mean we have to give up something that we love, that is important to us we just have to work around OR work with it!
