Anyone taking iron pills or had to?... I think they are making me feel weird

I take them. My iron is low.

But I wasn't taking with food cuz it said not to

Yea they making feel sick and throwing up more then I was and a lot of acid and heart burn

I had to as I was anemic it made my morning sickness so much worse

You have to take them with food.

I do. Im anemic so i have to along with my prenatals. Wym weird? Like constipated? Cuz thats normal...
