@sam-i-am yw. I don't have it now as I'm no longer pregnant but i did have it with my last pregnancy.

You have to follow a strict diet that monitors your carbs, check your blood sugars a few times per day, and sometimes take medications if you can't keep your sugars controlled with diet. It's very difficult to deal with but it is what it is. We have little control if any at all, so just do the best you can ya know? I'm hitting the sheets now but don't lose sleep over this. Most likely everything is fine. Feel free to message me though and keep me posted after you get your test results. Gn

Well just stay hydrated thru the day. Limit salt intake and other things that can dehydrate you. Just try not to stress about it. Like i said....it isn't a sure thing but just be mindful. If for some reason you dind yourself with GD (which i keep my fingers crossed that you don't ) come find me. I have a support chat for moms with GD. I hope your test comes back normal.
