It's just so backwards to me that the deductible is so high when you want to get help for something. But I'm still thankful that I at least have some kind of coverage. It's just challenging to get my head around how much emotional, mental and physical toll we go through on our first year yet get the bare minimum, if that, when it comes to getting help for our overall wellbeing. #vent
