Yes! Ours just got into that stage where he hits and throws things at us. We've already started time outs with him

@andrewsmommy, I've tried that.. he chipped my front tooth.. which is kinda funny, kinda sad, lol timeouts he doesn't care about, if you kinda swat him back he laughs and thinks it's a game.. and I can't bring myself to actually seat him enough to hurt him.. he's yanked out handful of my hair- literally- I had to chop all my hair off. I don't get it! Everyone else I work with that has children don't seem to have this problem, and my parents said out of the 5 of us none were like this.. I don't know what to do!

I hate to say this, but I think it's time to start giving spankings on the hand and tell him no in a firm voice. Don't laugh when he hits. I do with my youngest (she also has this problem) I spank her hand, and tell her no or I just start to pretend cry and make her feel bad for hitting mommy. The crying one doesn't work anymore tho. I guess she found out I wasn't really crying 😩
