@goodbyelullabye, he will not see her! I don't care what I have to do to stop him. He's bad on drugs and all he does is drink. He showed up to court blown out of his mind. It was ridiculous. He could not take care of her.

I knew this would happen. He will most likely get supervised visitation. Which means someone will come pick up Tinley and you won't get to see her while he visits IF he shows up. I can tell you it's the worst thing ever watching your baby cry as the supervisor drives away with her. I'm going through this crap right now. I wish my lawyer never would have asked for child support. So your life will most likely be a living hell doing these visitations just like mine is. I'm not trying to scare you I'm trying to prepare you for what's coming.

I would insist they take a drug test for the child's sake. If you don't feel safe with her there you can talk to your lawyer about it and you may be able to get supervised visits- if he even gets any type of visit.

He never even knew her name until he got court papers. He has no interest in being her life until now because they are making him pay child support.

He looked awful today! He has let his hair grow back out and it looked like he hadn't brushed it in about a week. He's extremely skinny and you could tell he was high during court. Visits will be talked about at the next court here. But I'm going tomorrow to get a lawyer and I'm going to fight it as much as I can. I personally don't think he should see her at all. I feel like the dead beat dad's have it easier than dad's who actually take care of their kids. My SO pays $360 a month and gets his daughter every other week and still had to pay for all the stuff she needs when he has her

What did they say about the visitation? Is he getting it or will it be discussed next court date? Im sure the judge will make it supervised since he was high today

My son's father was ordered to pay only 114$ a month and that's when he was working 13 years ago. I wipe my butt with that chump change. The court system to is easy on theaw deadbeat dads.
