Anyone taking tramadol while breastfeeding , I've been prescribed it what would be the best way to take it as far as feeding my son how soon should I feed or should I pump and dump . Please advise

Dont pump and dump. Tramadol reaches its peak at about 2hrs after taking it. So take it right at the start of a feeding so that by the time baby needs to eat again, your levels are coming down
