I feel awkward asking this, but I just heard that when you give birth you poop on the table... Is that true?😂
I pooped and I was really embarrassed about it @alissaf1022
I pooped on the table and the Dr covered my butt the whole time so no one saw it. I am also a shy person but when you get ready to push your baby out all of that just goes out the window. All I could think about was pushing my daughter out. Also after you have your baby make sure you take stool softners. They really do help alot.
@alissaf1022, I googled it, things you can do to prevent it...well try anyway..
@lizabeth.1294 I will definitely take any advice & if I can prevent it I would rather do that lol
@alissaf1022, Lol everyone I know says you don't even know if you do it and the nurses clean it up almost instantly, they're used to it. A lady I worked with said her mom had 5 kids and near her due date only ate stuff like crackers and soup and never pooped on the table, so there's that...😂😂
I haven't experienced pooping on the table during labor but my sister did with her first born it does happen to some @alissaf1022
@lizabeth.1294 I am also scared, I'm shy and I just know if that happens to me I will be so embarrassed😂
Lol that was my biggest fear of giving birth, maybe a stupid one but it's my phobia. 😂 turned out pooping after having a baby is the real struggle...well when you have a c-section anyway. Lol
@canaryv I'm so nervous about giving birth and I'm already a shy person and this just makes me even more nervous lol
Most women do indeed poop lol I did unfortunately but the nurse had my butt covered at least so no one saw 🤢🤦🏻♀️😅
My nurse at childbirth class said it's normal and means you're pushing correctly. They have seen it all. Nothing to be embarrassed about.
