I went through a missed miscarriage where my body didn't realize the pregnancy wasn't progressing. I didn't have any cramping, bleeding, or anything that indicated anything was wrong. Not saying that's what you're going through by any means, but things like that do happen. I'm hoping your tech wasn't doing a good enough job of finding the baby. Good luck hun.

I was 18 weeks and my daughter had no heartbeat and her fluid was decreasing, she was perfectly fine the week before. I had no bleeding, pain, nothing. But they think that she had passed about 4 days before the ultrasound that she had no heartbeat at. They said it sometimes takes the body up to a month to realize the baby is no longer alive, especially in early pregnancy.. Praying for good news for you though.

@abby.r1554, my last internal ultrasound they told me that the baby was deteriorating, and couldn't find the heartbeat then the very next day, I went a had a 3D ultrasound done and she was able to find the baby, nothing wrong and heard a heartbeat. Now two weeks later today, 3D ultrasound and she couldn't find anything but I have an internal ultrasound tomorrow morning and did blood work today and I just Hope EVERYTHING is fine. I'm not feeling any pain.

Well as far as I know 8 weeks is waaaaaaay waaaaay early for a 3d ultrasound, maybe she would have had a better time finding it with an internal ultrasound?
