Im 33 weeks and 5 days, is it safe to sleep on my back??? I know people say to only sleep on your side but ive always slept on my belly and now sleeping on my back is the only comfortable position to lay in but i dont wanna hurt my baby!

Oh okay girl and honestly it's how your body is if you feel comfortable and nothing feels like your muscles are straining your good try it for a night and if in the morning your back hurts I would definitely not recommend it again :) @alissaf1022

I slept on my back.. near the end it's just not possible.. but I have heard it can lower the heart rate of babies. My doctor said sleep how I want other than my belly. What was best for me I used a body pillow put in between my legs and part on my back so I was partially on my back which I felt much better on but I wasn't putting pressure on it

I stopped sleeping on my belly as soon as I found out I was pregnant because i knew that it was bad, just not sure if sleeping on my back is bad too. @mybabyboyontheway
