It will get easya I remember splitting up with ex and every day I had a dull ache in my belly it was a horrid feeling each day will get easya just keep bizzy and try get out the house xxxx

Men are always the same looking like they're not arsed when you break up but you'll soon realise when you start to feel better and happy again he'll be the one feeling like you are now, try not being on your own a lot feeling upset being around friends and family might help you xx

Oh babes I know the feeling. I was with my ex partner for 5 years and was absolutely broken. I remember crying and screaming that much unable to breath and my mum started crying seeing me so broken. Every day it will get easier as hard as it sounds. My ex kept going out partying whilst I was at home doing well if I wasn't crying. Then I found out he was seeing my best friend so it started up again... a few months later though unexpectedly on a work training course I found my sole mate, we've been inseparable since. Now I realise everything happens for a reason ❤❤ chin up chuck you'll get there xxxx
