I'm beyond upset. My lil 17 year old sister just found out she has hepatitis B she's with an older guy thats 21 I went to school with him. Shes going back to the doctors today to draw more blood because her doctor thinks she might have another disease. I tried my best to sit down and talk to her and she shut me up . The only thing i told her as an older sister is to take care of herself although she has to get 3 shots her man needs to get tested and treated because if they are having unprotected sex she'll end up getting it again. Smh she wants me to think shes still a virgin my ass fuck boy probably fucking soo many females that now he passed it on to her

@rebeccca3009 @natj32 it's upsetting she takes things the wrong way and doesn't want to accept. Hepatitis is almost close to HIV . I just want the best for her and unfortunately she doesn't see that

I get it I have a younger sister I was always talking to about b in careful with drinking don't do drugs and having protected sex if she got to that point and with having 4 daughters best bet I'm putting the fear of god in them with all of that.

Yeah hep b is for life. I remember at the office I worked , some guy in his late 20s had it and his chart had to be marked hep b patient. Of course he never would see his chart but everyone had to be aware being that we are exposed to him. :/

There's nothing you can really do, you've tried to be there but she's at an age where she's immature and she won't exactly say the truth. She's going to learn the hard way unfortunately and that's very sad. You're doing the right thing in being there for her and don't ever feel down because of what's happening to her.
