I've been writing workouts for over 2 years now! And for over a year I had something going up on my channel EVERY DAY! But that has changed. I still love writing workouts, but I was getting burned out, writing, editing, working, Mommying, chores. I just couldn't keep it all up. So days like this when Owen is just conked out sleeping and just having someone else "take care of me" and someone else pump me up, inspire me and push me to go harder is such a relief. And the fact that those are the same people that I started my fitness journey with just make it that much more meaningful!
