And the spotting isn't always when I wipe its like every other time or so. But I have all the symptoms like my boobs hurt and I get nauseous sometimes.

@andrewsmommy, that's what I was thinking because i had it with my first daughter just didn't pay to much mind to it. What worried me is not seeing anything on the ultrasound.

Yeah you're still so early. You're most likely having implantation bleeding. It happens around 3-5 weeks and could be either pink or brown.

@andrewsmommy, yeah well my dr doesn't see us until 8weeks so I went to the ER to make sure everything was okay and see how far along I was since I didn't know and they still couldn't really tell me except my levels look like I'm 4weeks

Yes still see your DR. I believe ER drs and nurses dont go far into the patients problem. They just say this and that and say you're okay so you can go home.

You usually cant see anything in an ultrasound until 8 weeks.

@ecahanes, that's what I thought and I was telling them that I got my birth control taken out on April 7 and they kept saying that April 7 was my last menstrual cycle. But I told them I never got a period from the time I took out the birth control and the time i found I was pregnant(Saturday). The dr kept using the 7th so he said I was like 6weeks but that's crazy. So when he got my blood work he said my levels are too low so I probably had a miscarriage or about to. I'm like dude when I took a pregnancy test it was a faint line. I'm freaking out because there wasn't anything in the ultrasound and I'm not cramping or bleeding. Idk what to do!

Give it a couple weeks. I was too early with this one and they didn't see anything . If you had a miscarriage you would have a period
