Some say they do, some say they don't. I guess it's kind of a personal thing. I can't see it helping my anxiety tbh. However I did see a post on FB today where one of the middle parts came out and someone's kid choked on it and had to have it surgically removed from the esophagus. They were like 10, too.

Look on ebay they're cheaper :-)

Some say it's true, teachers think they're a distraction. My son has it and cannot get anything unless I take it away!!

I think the luttle dice sized cube with a different tool on each side might be more effective

@andrewsmommy I used to have one of those rings that had the band in the middle that spun and I liked that a lot. I mess with my hands a lot when I get anxious so it gave me something to do other than popping my knuckles over and over.

So I saw a post of my Facebook feed about a little girl swallow a part AMD had to have surgery

Not at all! He gets distracted easily and the spinners make it worse. The teachers banned it from the school because the kids just trade them with each other and they try to do tricks and drop them and cause more of a distraction.
Carly ·
I do it all the time :-)

My son has ADHD, and the hubs too and they both have them and say the spinners are effective 😊

I'm from the uk and ALL the kids have them they are designed to help children with ADHD and autism but it's a craze ATM over here everyone thinks it's some sort of game! They even talking about banning them in schools over by us now because they ain't being used as what they were designed for @smilingwithmyawesome4kids,
