Moms and moms-to-be. Advice on excruciating lower back pain? It's been hard to sleep and get up and bend overs the pain has shot to my butt. Doc gave me some stretching exercise to do and said she can schedule me for physical therapy but I don't have the time to leave work. Any suggestion on elevating the pain?

@tammy.vien87, my doc told me to be active as much as im comfortable with because if not my body will lock up so she said drink water take walks daily do things around the house
