Well your good. With certain types of beers can increase your milk flow.
And yes I e has other cocktails as well. And if you drink too much. Pump and dump. Just make sure you have some pumped for baby before hand.
I did all three times with breast feeding. My dr wanted me to have good German beer. Because it would help with milk production. I was like a pumping machine. I also drank wine ocassionally. But I think the beer is best.
Sober enough to drive, sober enough to nurse. You can have any type of alcohol. I had a couple of shots of vodka while I was nursing.
Yes if you're fine to drive you're okay to breastfeed!
