@skysmommy04 @lovelily thank you ladies so much.. it's hard to try to think about myself when I just want to put my attention towards the baby. But just even opening up about it has made me feel better. Hopefully I can let myself relax soon.

A good support system and lots of breaks, mama. Have someone step in for a couple hours a day of possible. Take a nap, take a bubble bath, take a walk. I was on antidepressants after my baby and it helped so much. I felt completely NORMAL again.
Hopefully you take breaks take care of yourself take a nap if they're willing to help I was a no no person and it affected me badly I fell into ppd so bad I had bad anxiety and I cried all the time don't forget about yourself be good so your baby is good
I was like that in the beginning it's all overwhelming and it takes time to get back in motion especially your hormones you'll be all over the place know that it isn't permanent! Do you have any help?
