JUST MY OPINION: Could be an infection. I was the same way after birth. I had an infection in one of my breasts. My milk ducts had clogged also. I took some antibiotics that were called in by the on call nurse and I was back to normal the next day. My breast still had pain though.

My body had a hard time regulating my temperature after I gave birth. It'd be 50 degrees and my knees would be sweating then 75 and id have 2 coats and 3 pairs of socks on

^both ladies are correct. My body had a tough time regulating temperature as well for a couple of weeks. You could also have an infection. If it's regulating temperature, it'll go away!
