Aw be careful!! That's one thing I hated about birth control! I felt sick all the time !! Try switching to a lower dose, if it keeps happening😔 feel better love 💓

@steffyyphung its the bar in your arm. Weirdly I felt play after laying down nursing. Might have just been the food my BD bought. I have my pp appointment tomorrow so deff asking about it
