My 6 week old daughter has been wanting to eat nonstop today. She had a 3 hour eating period with a few 20 minute breaks. It's definitely been a lot to bear.
Is this normal? Should I be concerned?

Definitely a growth spurt. It's normal, just continue to feed her. They don't last long, but happen often.
