With my daughter, I always got clogged ducts in my breast. My best remedy? Pumping on all fours (hands and knees). The gravity helps open up a duct.
If that wouldn't work, I started taking sun flower lecithin. I bought a bottle for this time around with the twins, just in case it starts again. I tried powder form until I found a gelatin free pill form. The powder was absolutely disgusting but it helped and I needed it. Has anyone else tried this method?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

My doctor is trying to induce me before 40 weeks because she's going to be off on my due date and says my placenta is starting to look old. How do I get labor started?? I don't want to be induced for no reason and I'm thinking I won't have a choice. Please help. What do I do to get things going?
I broke down at my moms house today ... because of the debt we owe and Passover is coming and it’s a very expensive holiday ... it was just way too much .... my mom i guess told my brother that I’m suffering and he called me over and asked me why i didn’t just ask for help, and offered to help when i need it . Yes I had to start taking sunflower lecithin! My left always gets clogs. It seems to help but you have to keep taking it everyday. But if you already have a clog it only helps a little... so idk.
