Mom wants a nap!!! No sleep last night at all got lost writing my book lol. There is no way they are taking a nap. Time for a movie and pillow and blanket on the couch time 💤

Okay so I need some advice/help? My two year old has been giving me the hardest time at nap or bed time . Takes him over an hour to go to sleep at nap time . If he even goes because after a certain time I wont let him. Or else he won’t go to bed . But then he’s literally such a monster the rest of the day. And if he naps , he won’t go to bed at bed time . I’m struggling so bad because I know naps are important for him right now . He hasn’t napped in days and has been awful. Please send advice 😭
Because naps are as important as feeding time 🤷🏽 ♀
What’s a good sippy cup to use for bed time and nap time? Noah only gets a bottle at those times or if we are running errands and he’s getting tired I give it to him other than that he uses sippy cups and he’s not picky with them
