Anybody else suffer from insomnia after baby. First few days of meeting my angel and have gotten maybe two hours.

I remember those days... I was so tired but wouldn't sleep much. Totally normal but sucky!

Okay thank you so much. Difficult for sleep as it is so starting to doubt my capabilities of taking care of my baby. How will I care of her if I can't sleep? And then that ofcourse makes ot worse lol

Everybody says sleep when baby sleeps but I can't, so I feel like some hinges wrong with me or I'm not adjusting like I should

Hello, my daughter is 5 and a half months now and I am currently struggling to fall asleep. In the beginning I knew I had to get up every 3 hours to feed her however she would never sleep the full 3 hours gradually it got better and now she sleeps during the night. Now, it is very hard for me to fall asleep I will stay up the whole night ... as of right now I am exhausted because I haven't slept yet. 😩😩

OMG hope it gets better for you! Hang in there. I'm not sleeping and it's giving me anxiety which leads to more no sleeping. Praying this will pass.
