My daughter was like this. We taught her some baby sign language to help her communicate better while trying to teach her the words. But all of a sudden one day she just started talking like crazy! Now we always get complimented on how big her vocabulary is for her age and she never shuts up! Lol she was just a late bloomer like her dad. But the baby signs and lots of "big girl" talking around her definitely helped

By two years old they are supposed to know twenty words.

My cousin didn't talk till she was four. She now has a college degree and has her dream job as an optometrist. She's smart af she just didn't talk we asked her why and she says she had nothing to say lol. Kids will do stuff when they are ready. Does she responds to sounds ?

All start every new thing at different stages of life. One thing is that you can talk to her like your talking to an adult, no baby talk and do tot (color, number, etc) flashcards.
