"Sleep when the baby is asleep" does not apply to twins 😭
As soon as I doze off, one wakes up. Feed, change, comfort him and pump. Repeat with the other one.

Oh man that feels so long ago! 😥 I think it depends on what you prefer and what kind of babies they are.... when I brought mine home, I did 30 mins for each baby and pumped 30 mins....but if one baby woke up, I would start waking, changing and feeding.... Now for the most part they nap all on the same schedule one might wake up a little early. Eventually I did 2 at once and 1 baby 30 mins later which helped me get more than 30 mins of sleep.
I try to wake them up separate but they end up waking at the same time. I don't know which is better? @scidg3,
