I ate before mine. They just told me to avoid sweets.

I ate before mine too but fasted 2hours before (doctor said to)

I never wanted to risk it and have to take the 3 hr

My dr told me certain things can play with the test , she told me one egg on toast with a glass of water

I ate before mine. Just avoid carbs!

I went with a mid wife this time and they do things so weird. she told me for my glucose test to eat a very sugary breakfast at least 2 hours before and they drew my blood. I passed with flying colors
