Any one else experience weight loss and difficulty keeping weight in while breastfeeding? I'm down to my middle school weight which I'm not a happy hamper about but the docs all keep telling me it's because of breastfeeding.
So does breastfeeding really help you lose weight ? I mean REALLY really ? People keep saying you only lose weight if you eat right while doing it , others say the weight just falls off

@ezyboosmama, boy that breast feeding sucked me so dry so quick it was scary my SO was spinning me in a circle saying baby whaaa what happen 😂🤦🏼♀️🤷🏽♀️🙄👀 i hear u gotta stuff ur face like crazy to keep ur weight on
