@sixplusones, lol I heard it does help with weight loss and I also heard it's pretty hard to do. I'm not really looking to lose weight, my problem is a TON of swelling. My left leg looks like a tree trunk. My c section area is finally going down a little bit though thank God
@yurishaw38, well i know breast feeding helps snap our body's back to shape, i BF my last baby for about four months then sent him on his way an my othe five i breast fed them for over a year but this baby im carrying now ion even think ima breast feed at all i may pump to give it an i say it because ion know the sex yet but i may jus give it the colostrum an thats it breast feeding takes alot out of me so im thinkin formula from the start shoot😂😂
