So since I've been pregnant, I feel like my nose is congested 24/7. Sometimes I can breathe sometimes I have to breathe out of my mouth. Any suggestions on what I can do to help?

Yay for migraines I have them almost everyday, sometimes with nose bleeds sometimes not. Today my nose bleed was so bad it was pouring out of my nose and I couldn’t breathe and was choking on the blood going down my throat. This is after it calmed down.🙃
