His phone has been off for 2 hours straight😩 I can't take it! But when we're around each other I can't get him to stay off it.

I don't know ..I had a friend who would do that sorta thing also she would get her husband's deleted messages

Does he have an iPhone? You can track his location but if his phone is powdered off you may only get his last location.
