This might sound really stupid....you know those little jars of fruit you get for babies? Ones like 'summer punch fruits' and all that....I'm gonna make some myself and freeze them, but do I need to cook the fruit first or just puree it all up and shove it in the freezer?

I've just been reading this book which has a few little recipes. Only ones it mentions not needing to be cooked are bananas, avocados and mangoes.

It does say that the banana and avocados aren't suitable for freezing though. Mango is fine.

U need to cook apple pear sweet potato
But things like banana mango and avocado don't need to be cooked
I've got Ella's kitchen weaning book and has some great recipes
If you have a boots card and are signed up to there baby club you get it for free
Also look on YouTube as that's we're I looked to for ideas
