I'm 27 weeks with my first child I'm so excited to have her but after her I'd like to wait a few years. So my question is what kind of birth control is good the pill the shot or an iud Ive never used birth control so I was curious because I've read like horror stories of iuds migrating inside of people
I have tried them all.
The pill works but is very easy to be forgetten to take
The patch is awkward, its itchy but effective
The shot is awesome, i didn't have a period for 3 years and the weeks I would have been on it I gained weight or got really bloated, plus my hormones would sky rocket
The iud-..... I liked it for the first 3 months but then I started to cramp badly, and upon return to the doctor we discovered it had implanted in my uterine wall and was inflamed.
I haven't done the arm one.
@mrs.n2014, I think I'm leaning towards the pill just scared I'll forget about it
What birth control are you guys going with after the baby is born? I'm doing the 5 or either 10 year IUD
Any opinions on the IUD birth control?
So I'm getting the IUD birth control next week. Mommies who have it, do you like it??

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
I been off my birth control pills since April this year
I think the pills are the best one ! Just take them every day at the same time. Put an alarm if you have trouble remembering stuff. I had the depo. It was the worst . I've heard/read bad stuff about IUDS. In fact my neighbor got pregnant. She had the IUD. She went to the doctors to see if they could find it. They never did. She was already 5 1/2 months pregnant
