Hello mothers I wanted to know of any breastfeed mothers drink there daily cup of coffee and after drinking get a very fussy newborn baby?! I'm trying to find the problem to my very unhappy newborn and need help

@mrssanderson okay thank you so much I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong she just has so much trouble in the day and okay a night so I think that might be it
Maybe try going a few days without coffee & see if that's the problem 🙃 caffeine is a common issue.

Okay mama's I've been very mislead and misinformed on this app by a fellow mother before I gave birth, she stated drinking was okay while breastfeeding.. ITS NOT !! You have to allow yourself at minimum 3 hours per drink to not excrete thru breastmilk, depending on the content of alcohol per drink.. So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

Me drinking coffee even decaf gave my LO awful gas I switched to decaf tea and she has been fine ever since!
