@twinmommabellahali, yeah, I hear ya. I ran up until I was 8 months pregnant. Then walked A LOT every single day up until the day I went into labor. I've been walking since 2 weeks PP... and really wanting to start running again!! But I don't want to hurt anything...
Start slow and walk for now. That's what I've been doing for now. Once I've been 8 weeks PP, I'll start jogging and make my way up to running. I had a c section so I really want to take things slow!
