My son is 9 months and I need some advice on helping him self soothe.. nothing is normal since all kids are different. 😝

Self soothe?

What is a average sleep schedule including naps and through the night stuff?

Right now he is in his crib (which is in my room) but he is just tossing and turning.
He woke up and I gave him some ibuprofen, he got dry buns (diaper)😊, and bottle 🍼....
He is teething and has had his first cold ( this last two weeks )☹️
he is so unhappy he is laying on me and just tossing and turning he even is going from a laying down position to sitting straight up and than drops back down.
I feel he maybe growing? Any guesses?

Oh and I feel I am a new mom again (since he is my rainbow baby and my daughter is 8)
Keeping in mind he is super busy. He doesn't want to close his eye... he would rather skip food just to look at something. He hears things and if I am playing music from the Alexia (echo dot) he must look around until he finds where it is at and than he moves to the next thing if it's something he hears to everything he sees and touches...
He will play and of course put everything in his mouth lol!

I appreciate everything in advance. 🙂

I can't really help you on a sleep schedule my six-month-old isn't sleeping through the night and it took my daughter two years to sleep through the night and my first was like the golden child and was a breeze that I had my daughter and I don't even know what sleep is anymore LOL self soothing I have learned to put him in the crib make sure his needs are met bottle Paci diaper etc. wait 10 minutes go in there try all the things listed above let them know that he is loved and leave the room keep going back and checking on him it's somewhat works it kind of did with my daughter. Try sitting him in his highchair and giving him a frozen waffle to chew on or beef jerky it helps the teething process
