@domsmama96, ouch must of hurt ! I Dip and leave it in warm and salt water and clean it every time feeding and after and went away ! Thankfully

Oh man I had one of those once and it was like blocking milk from coming out and it hurt super bad. I tried warm compressions, a hot shower , everything and it wouldn't budge so I pricked it with a sterile needle and all the milk started coming out, I felt wayyy better .
