So I went to the hospital 2 days ago to be checked because I was losing my mucus plug. They said I was 1cm dialated. Is it safe for me to have sex now? I'm not losing the plug anymore

Mucus plug So I started losing bits of my mucus plug & I know it's normal and can regenerate. The nurse told me it can happen and I still go to 41 weeks (I hope not). But I'm just curious what anyone else's experience with losing it early was in the past, did you still carry until a full 40 weeks? Or did you go a bit early?
