So my husband had a split tear ligament on his right ankle. We put in a request with his pcm (doctor) so they can write us a note for a single story home (military housing rules). We get a message back from his doctor today saying that she will not write the note because my husband refuses to wear a boot and crutches. How the hell is he supposed to wear a boot and crutches when he still expected to push out heavy units to the flight line and work on them?

@jasthorpe413, haha no they just think he's faking an injury even though there is a MRI to prove that's he is injured 😒

@slwwesselman, my ex husband had shoulder issues & refused to go to the doctor. At first I didn't understand why but the years went by & I learned really quickly.

@kmechellec, that is what I'm thinking. They already refused surgery on him and said he needs to stay off of his feet. But yet the refuse to write a note to his flight and for housing.

I'm an ex-Navy wife. What I would do is, have your husband "use" them when he goes into the office for follow ups. Just to suffice her & maybe the doctor will change her mind?
