My doctor diagnosed me with PPD. I really hope it doesn't stick around until my daughter is a year old. I don't want her knowing that mommy isn't ok. 😞

I went through ppd 😕 It's important (and it makes a difference) that you take care of yourself. Get the help you need. Both therapy and medication are helping me still.
