Feel like a shitty mom today. I didn't get my 11 mo old an Easter basket because I just didn't have the time but I thought her grandparents would have one for her at least and nope, nothing. She got absolutely nothing from anyone today. 😔 I know she doesn't even know that today is a holiday but it's her first Easter and it makes me sad that nothing special was done

You are not! This is my daughters 3rd easter, we still haven't done anything for her. We make a big deal of her birthday and christmas!

We didn't get our 5 months old one because she doesn't know that it's a holiday plus her older sister isn't living with us so no need to get one

I just absolutely love some women on here! Some woman wants to write on another women's post telling her she shouldn't be having sex at all in the beginning of pregnancy. I didn't know she was her doctor. Then she wants to tell me that the first trimester is only 1-9 weeks pregnant. And she lost her baby at 4 weeks pregnant due to sex. Like sweetie that's your period starting!
is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
My midwife wasn't bothered at all that she hasn't moved..She didn't even listen to her heart or anything..She still hasn't really moved today..I don't have a clue what to do now..
Baby won't bear weight on leg I have a walking 10 month old and she has been extra fussy yesterday and today. Today I noticed she didn't really want to crawl, she would just cry until I came and picked her up. After I fed her, I tried setting her down to play with her big sister and she just started crying and wouldn't put any weight on her left leg. She will put weight down on her right leg but then just cries until you pick her back up. I thought maybe she just didn't want to be put down (as baby's often do). I tried a few more times over the next 30 minutes and she still won't put any weight on it. I had a meeting (I work from home), so I took her upstairs to my husband. She is now playing with her siblings and happy, but he text me (from upstairs) and says she still won't put weight on it. She is just sitting there playing.

She won't even remember! Last year our baby was 11 months old and we didn't do anything and he got nothing. This year hes 23 months and we hid eggs, that's all. It only becomes fun once they understand the concept anyways! 🙂 I felt the same way last year but it would have been money wasted!! 🙃
