So, I had my 30wk appointment yesterday. I mentioned that I have been having pretty intense pains, my hips and how they've been aching, and how baby felt very low this past week. They had me do a urine test (do this every time) but they sent it to a lab this time, checked babys heartbeat and measured him. Everything looks good, then she felt around and noticed he is already head down so she told me to get on my elbows and knees a few times a day to try and get him to move up a little and reposition himself.

Have any of you ladies had your baby be head down before 35wks? Is it something I should worry about? Were there any light exercises that helped move the baby?

I'd like this little ham to finish baking completely 😥

Sorry for the long post!

@hhmariah yeah like @beebaby said I wouldnt worry. You will just deal with having to use the bathroom nore frequently and of course a little more pressure.

Yeah. I wouldn't be concerned other than the fact that you have to carry someone on your bladder for another 10 weeks which sucks as they get bigger because you will feel like you need to pee and dribble when it's time to go.

So I shouldn't worry?

I was told baby shouldn't be head down til 35wks. My 1st was head down at 38wks so I wasn't too sure on it. The midwife didnt seem too concerned, I guess I'm just a worry wort over nothing! 😂 @athomas @beebaby

Mine was at 30 weeks. I did pregnancy yoga and pelvic stretches to help with the hip and pelvic pressure but it's still here
