I've found that sometimes elaborate dinners are not always realistic which is a bummer sometimes because I like for my family to eat well and I love to cook! BUT! We mamas gotta make it work, so tonight I am pan frying lemon pepper chicken thighs (I am not a fam of white meat 🙃) and mac n cheese and mixed veggies. Might I add that I also don't usually cook boxed meals (I am a sucker for homemade everything!) either but you gotta do what you gotta do! Especially when its in between a nap time 😋
Crock pots are also my best friend 😁

Lol giiiiiirl, this particular chicken is literally seasoned woth lemon pepper and kosher salt 😂thats how much time i Dont have 😭😂 but usually i really dont marinade my chicken cuz i dont have time - or really truth be told, i forget to defrost and marinade haha... but my seasoning cabinet is extensive and i like to use different stuff all the time.. my go-to is always lemon pepper though - sometimes i'll break out the fresh herbs also 😏 @kelleycrew7362,

They're really good it's more like an enchilada casserole I actually found the recipe on Facebook and it's super easy lol

I'm not a huge fan of cooking so we have chicken a lot lol last night I made chicken enchiladas in the crock pot and I make tacos a lot because it's super easy, or I make chicken alfredo (the alfredo comes in a box lol) or when I'm being super lazy we'll have hotdogs and mac and cheese or like raviolis out of the can also I get like the premade pulled pork sometimes and we have that on rolls
I'm not a big cook, but I enjoy making the hello fresh meals. I've liked almost all of them
