I've found that sometimes elaborate dinners are not always realistic which is a bummer sometimes because I like for my family to eat well and I love to cook! BUT! We mamas gotta make it work, so tonight I am pan frying lemon pepper chicken thighs (I am not a fam of white meat 🙃) and mac n cheese and mixed veggies. Might I add that I also don't usually cook boxed meals (I am a sucker for homemade everything!) either but you gotta do what you gotta do! Especially when its in between a nap time 😋

You know, I never imagined this day. Anytime I see my two boys together, it really is a reminder of how gracious the Lord has been to someone so undeserving such as myself.
