I've never heard this. I wonder why they ask it? I mean I give urine samples at most of my checkups but I'm also a "high risk pregnancy" yea tho like the girls said don't sweat it. If you have to go let em know. Good luck. There is nothing better then seeing that first little squishy up on the screen. My first son looking like a little frog swimming and this nugget (I just got my first for this pregnancy) was so cute stretching and trying to get cozy. I'm s insane especially since it's like the size of strawberry and wreaking havoc upon my body. Good luck mama!

when I scheduled my ultrasound they told me that as well and then the technician had me end up going to the bathroom cause she couldn't see the baby because my bladder was too full

I've never had to have a full bladder in my last two pregnancies. I think the machines are a lot more modern now. Well in NYC anyways.

My ob let me give my urine sample as soon as I got to the office then did sono I was completely comfortable and we got excellent clear images. I'd let them know if you are seeing yellow when you get there and see what they say!
